Road Safety Bikeathon
• The Rotary Mysore JeevaRaksha 6th Annual Bikeathon on Riding Safety was organized by Rotary Mysore, Rotaract Mysore, SVYM & JeevaRaksha on the 18th & 19th Nov. The bikeathon had flash mobs, street plays, first-aid & CPR demos with Vivekananda memorial hospital and St Josephs nursing students, all the way from Mysuru to Chitradurga and back joining simultaneous bikeathons starting from Bengaluru. Flag-off was at Kote Anjaneya Swami Temple gate of Mysore Palace by Mrs Smitha Manjesh, to commemorate the memory of Rtn Manjesh Kumar, one of the originators of the bikeathon. More than 160 bikers including Rotarians, Rotaractors, JeevaRaksha personnel and youth, participated from Mysuru.
