Free Eye Test and Distribution of Spectacles
Rotary Club Sullia City, Innerwheel Club Sullia in Association with Anandashrama Seva Trust (R) Puttur, Public Government Hospital Sullia, District Blindness Control Society Mangalore, Gram Panchayath Aletty and other Associations conducted "Free Eye Test and Distribution of Spectacles Camp" at Aletty of Sullia Taluk. Dr. Gowri Pai, Chief of Anandashrama Seva Trust (R) Puttur inaugurate the Camp by lightening lamp, Rtn Girish Narkodu, President Rotary Club Sullia City preside the inaugural program, Smt Savitha Narkodu, President Inner Wheel Club, Sullia, Smt Veena Aletty, President Gram Panchayath Aletty and other dignitaries were at dais. about 187 beneficiaries attended the camp and about 173 spectacles were distributed and about 5 peoples were referred for higher treatment. Blood Sugar and Blood Pressure check up also conducted by Community Health Department of Aletty Village.
