SWATCHA BHARATH PROGRAM - KAPILA RIVER CLEANING
On 1st October 2023, Sunday - Under “Swatcha Bharath “ program, Rotary Mysore South East Club along with Rotaract club of South East, conducted Kapila River Cleaning Program @ Nanjangud.
More than 50 members were attending this mega cleaning drive program. Total 4 hours we required for the cleaning of Kapila River.
4 Tractors of Debris, from the useless waste, the clothes and pooja pots left by the devotees in the river were removed and cleaned.
The Useless objects and logs which were difficult for the river water to flow smoothly were removed and cleaned.
President Rtn. PHF KN Muralidhara, Secretary Rtn. PHF NT Girish, Youth Service Director Rtn. Rajbhat, club members, Rotaract members, Yuva Brigade members, Municipality members were attend this cleaning of Kapila River Drive.
