The eminent speakers for the occasion were Dr.Gana P Kumar,DSP, Puttur Sub Division, Rtn.Shekar Shetty, District Co-trainer RID 3181 and Sri Udaya Ravi M Y Police SI, Town Traffic Police Station, Puttur.
