Towards Psychologically Healthy Community- Series-7"
In continuation of our series towards mental health, we have organised a programme “Towards Psychologically Healthy Community- Series-7" on 13th July, 2023 at T.V. Ramana Pai Hall, Mangalore in association with Swastika National School, Canara High School Association, Anirveda Resource Centre for Psychological Wellbeing and Navasahaja Samudaya Sangha. The topic for the series is “Fostering Safe Spaces”. The key address was delivered by Padmashri Dr. Mathaa B. Manjamma Jogathi. In her address she stressed that the transgender community needs job opportunities instead of compassion to lead a normal life. On the occasion, a one man act drama ‘Maatha”, based on the life story of Dr. Manjamma Jogathi, was also staged enacted by Arun Kumar.
