PINK RIDE CAMPAIGN
“Pink ride” initiated by Rotary club of Mangalore, aims to spread awareness on women’s wellness / cancer detection bus operated by Yenepoya Medical college and sponsored by Rotary club of Mangalore flagged off from Mangalore on 18th. Aug 2023.
Rtn. Jaya Prakash Rao – ‘JP’ is on a solo bike ride from Mangalore to Karwar, which is the range over which the bus operates northwards.
En-route he made multiple stops including Rotary club Kundapur, Rotarians in Surathkal, DC of Karwar, Fishermen’s and fisherwomen’s association, Malpe.
He handed over flyers and disseminated information on the benefits of the bus and information on how diagnostic camps can be organised.
